The Microsoft Turtle aka PB10ZU has a unique design look all its own.

When the first rumors of Project Pink leaked out last fall, the most interesting phone detailed was a little slider named the Turtle. Is this Microsofts Avatar moment, the company made flesh. Sharp, who cut their teeth building the Sidekick way back when, should release the phone in March, probably with direct Microsoft involvement.

And the phone they were supposed to make. MobileCrunch Remember when people were all excited about Microsofts weird tablet stuff. So the dots likely are being connected to whatever it is Microsoft ends up announcing this at Mobile World Congress. You can clearly see it’s manufactured by Sharp, which, as we all know, also manufactured the Sidekick, which Microsoft later purchased.

Look what was just seen poking its head out of its shell for the Federal Communications Commission.

Apparently, Turtle is somehow related to Project Pink and Windows Mobile 7

Has Nintendo really nothing to fear in this competition?

Yes, Nintendo has shown with their latest Nintendo DS and their Wii that they always have the potential to create something astonishing.

“Nintendo legend Shigeru Miyamoto has told ONM that the games industry could lose its ‘uniqueness’ when Microsoft and Sony launch their own motion controllers.”

Miyamoto sayd in an interview … it could be taken as a compliment if others are following suit, by saying Nintendo was right in choosing a certain direction.” At the other hand Shigeru Miyamoto is aksing himself “…if it is going to be good for the entire business, I really don’t know….”

Gamers who have altered their consoles cannot  use  Microsoft’s gaming service anymore

“It’s oh-so enticing: You find a copy of a brand-new game like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on a pirate site and the temptation to download it is too strong.”

Report: Microsoft bans 1 million Xbox Live players

The timing of the statement coincides with the release this week of “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2,” a highly anticipated Xbox 360 game. The game’s release means big sales — but also sales of pirated copies, which are illegal.

via EA UK forums

Microsoft said Wednesday

“All consumers should know that piracy is illegal and that modifying their Xbox 360 console violates the Xbox Live terms of use, will void their warranty and result in a ban from Xbox Live,”

Again has Microsoft banned a big huge amount of 600,000 – 1,000,000 XBox-Live user.

Is the XBox Live ban justifiable?

In this post we won’t talk about Windows-7-defrag

When you are looking for another better, faster and free defragmenting software for your Windows-7 system and stumbled across this post, I’m sure you will find this post very useful.

Why is defragmenting so important for your system performance

“[...defragmentation is a process that reduces the amount of fragmentation in file systems. [...] The presence of immovable system files, especially a swap file, can impede defragmentation. These files can be safely moved when the operating system is not in use. [...] The outer tracks of a hard disk have a higher transfer rate than the inner tracks, therefore placing files on the outer tracks increases performance. [...]“
