LG Optimus G teaser video features 13MP camera and IPS display
To increase the hype on its upcoming flagship phone, LG has released another video featuring the technical details of its Optimus G 13MP camera. The unusual ad claims that the Optimus G packs the best camera on a smartphone. It is quite a claim, but on paper, it does look to have a good camera along with a powerful processor.
What You Need To Know:
- The 13MP camera of the Optimus G is developed in-house by LG Innotek. The LG exec boasted that it has the highest pixel count in a smartphone and they have managed to cramp into a third of an inch camera sensor.
- The Optimus G spec sheet is awesome. It can compete against the Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X as the most powerful smartphone. The Optimus G packs a powerful quad-core processor and 2GB DDR2 RAM.
- Along with its 13MP camera, the Optimus G also has a 4.7-inch TrueHD IPS display with a 1280 x 768 resolution.
- The phone will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich onboard.
