Another mid-range Android phone is on the market starting today. First announced last Friday, the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G is now available carrying the Sprint logo. This is the second mid-range Samsung phone to be released within a week. Just last week, T-Mobile announced the availability of the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G which will hit store shelves on September 19th.

- The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G is shipped with Android 4.0 ICS.
- The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1GB RAM. It also has a 4-inch display, 5MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera.
- The phone costs $99.99, after a $50 mail-in rebate, with a two-year contract.
