The AndroidHD Youtube channel has published this Android display comparison.

The Great “Android phones” War

Could it be that the display of the Nexus One is a little bit too red and the display of the Motorola Milestone is too dark plus the liquid got too much white?

Enagdget thinks that the Google Nexus One has the best display

“In our opinion, the Nexus One with its 3.7-inch AMOLED display packing a 800 x 480 pixel resolution comes out on top with the best overall image (though slightly on the red end of the color spectrum)”

Get an idea about how the Chrome OS tablet UI might look in hardware

Tablet Demo of Google Chrome OS Tablet UI Concept [Video]While Tablet hardware is somewhat a commodity , the big issue is software. It’s a fast operating system that’s completely browser centric.

One month ago Gizmodo stated that Google and HTC are working together on a new Tablet concept which shall have its base on Google’s Chrome OS

The Google Tablet: Head to Head with Apple?

This is a video of Google’s Chrome OS Tablet concept. This video can give you an idea about how the Chrome OS tablet UI might look in hardware.

UI of Google’s Chrome OS Tablet concept

There’s no competing operating system with native apps competing for attention with Google’s web services, and there’s not necessarily a need for a contract or carrier as on smartphones.

The Most Direct Way To Get People Online is the Physical Manifestation of a Browser: And if Google wants more people on the web, a low cost, ad subsidized web tablet is probably the least complicated way to do it from a hardware, software and business partner standpoint.

That’s not too dissimilar to Google’s free software model for Android, where Microsoft has to charge licensing fees to manufacturers because they don’t have enough revenue from online services or ads to make up for the cost.… Read the rest

Best Smartphone-app-list of Voice Recording applications for the iPhone, Android and Blackberry

It is possible to use the Smart Phone Voice recording software to record multiple things. For example, you can use voice recorder software to record your voice on thoughts, memos, or other miscellaneous items. You can even record someone from the law if you need to do so. However, it has just come to the attention of most people that it is not possible to record someone from law enforcement unless you notify that person. If you do not notify someone, it is called “illegal electronic surveillance.”

Is your Android phone and your private data on it secure? This list of Android security apps will help you to secure all your private data and your private communication on your Droid

android security Google Android apps for your private securityNow that Google’s Android mobile OS has been released to the public for some time and now thoughts of security are floating around in our minds. I am sure that many people just want a simple app to take care of security for them. Well, the good news is that since Android is based off of Linux inherently it is less susceptible to malware. The the flip side, Android users should think about their own private security since even Android developers say that their product is not completely secure due to the fact that apps must intercommunicate. Ultimately you will need to decide how much security you want on your phone. Androlib.com offers several free security apps to help you browse the internet, text your friends, and talk as securely as possible.

The new Android Mobile OS from Google has very quickly been accepted into the mobile phone market. It has some features that dominate other mobile operating systems, the primary one being the easy-to-understand Software Development Kit that has allowed a large number of computer programmers make Android applications that you would usually have to buy on an iPhone, or would simply be unavailable anywhere else. All of the gloss and shiny parts the android has to offer are really quite useless if you can’t use the phone for connecting to friends. The GPS system that automatically integrates with Google Maps is awesome, unless you don’t know where your friends are hanging out.

That’s where the fun part kicks in.

Facebook

The first thing I wanted to do when I got my Android phone was tell all my friends on Facebook about it. Forget telling them from my computer, I wanted to tell them from my new Android phone. I had to search for the right app to do it with, and I found several options. The first one to catch my eye was the Bloo projectBloo is simply gorgeous, and is so much like the

The ‘Motorola Droid’ caught a lot of attention in the last months, therefore I thought to research the web a bit to make this YouTube video, comparison review list.

Most of the information in this post are about ‘Motorola Droid’ comparison with the BlackBerry Storm 2, the Nokia N97/ 900 and my other favorite Droid the HTC-Droid Eris.

Another way leads to the ‘iPhone 3GS’ which has been compared with the Droids and with the ‘Palm Pre’, the ‘Palm Pixi’, the  HTC Touch Pro2 Windows Mobile and the Verizon Wireless Touch Pro2 smart-phones.

Motorola Droid Vs. RIM BlackBerry Storm 2

The launch of the Motorola Droid in November ’09 wasn’t very useful for BlackBerry Storm 2. The ‘BlackBerry Storm 2′ was RIM’s second attempt to try to offer an alternative Smartphone, which should compete with Apple’s famous iPhone. Now Motorola’s Droid smartphone receives plenty of attention, that the launch of the BlackBerry Storm 2  falls into oblivion.

In this video Jon Rettinger aka jon4lakers from technobuffalo.com compares the functionality of the  Browser and Browser speed, the Text entry, customization, navigation and apps on these both smart-phones.

The Motorola (An)Droid has the better Browser rendering plus the right screen which wins against BlackBerry’s baby screen. The page load on 3G and Wifi is on The Droid much faster than on the BB. The Storm’s keyboard is much better to use then Motorola’sRead the rest
